Monica is a seasoned expert in Supply Chain operations within both multinational corporations and small businesses.
She worked in fully self-managed companies. There, she experienced and integrated daily agile routines and has applied and shared her insights and learnings in various initiatives and agile transformations at customer.
Scrum certified, Mentor and member of the association Agile Suisse, she is currently collaborating with We ReInvent.

Cécile holds a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Political Science and Sociology.
She has conducted extensive research in Agile management, and as a consultant she has implemented and trained 30 self organised teams based on the model of Buurtzorg (NL), within the area of Home care in Switzerland.

Additionally, Cécile is well-versed in the TOSCANE approach, and serves also as a biographer at VIMAGE.

Active in the field of Data governance  with large multinational companies across industries @ Data Is Life Consulting, Christelle realized a few years ago, that Agile Culture was the way she has ever dreamed organisations would embrace, to sustain both collective and individual purposes! She is a SEMCO Style Institute Expert, and is using Agile practices both in her consulting and coaching activities.
